About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the contract between Fire Flash Ltd ("Fire Flash", "we", "us" or "our") and the person or organisation purchasing or using our services ("you", "your" or the "Client").
Fire Flash Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15941658, with registered office at 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE.
By placing an order, creating or using a client account, booking a consultation, or using digital materials supplied as part of a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you purchase on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Any package-specific information shown on the product page or at checkout also forms part of the contract to the extent it does not conflict with these Terms.
Our AI consultancy services
We provide one-to-one AI consultancy, advisory and training services. Depending on the package purchased, the service may include discovery, AI strategy, workflow guidance, implementation planning, coaching, practical recommendations and related ebooks, guides, templates or other digital resources.
Each package specifies the amount of paid consultancy time and any additional or complimentary time included. Complimentary or bonus minutes have no standalone cash value and cannot be redeemed separately for money.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, purchased consultancy time is personal to the Client or purchasing organisation, may not be resold, and is not a stored-value financial product.
Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices and package entitlements are shown on the website before purchase. Catalogue pricing may be displayed in EUR.
- Where checkout is settled in AED, the exact AED charge is calculated and displayed before the Client leaves for hosted payment. The payment quote may be time-limited as shown at checkout.
- The contract is formed when we accept and verify payment and issue the order/payment confirmation. A browser redirect or payment-provider screen alone is not proof that payment has been verified.
- Payment methods are those displayed at checkout or otherwise agreed with Fire Flash. Card details are entered on the hosted payment-provider page rather than directly into the AI Consultancy Shop.
- You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer or transfer provider. Any applicable taxes will be handled as required by law and/or shown before payment where relevant.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, misuse, a pricing/technical error, sanctions/compliance concerns or another legal reason. If we cancel a paid order before delivering the service, we will refund the amount due unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Booking deadline: 30 calendar days
For this clause, "book" means completing the booking process and reserving or requesting an available session through the booking method we provide. The actual consultation date may fall after the 30-day deadline if it was booked within the deadline and the booking system permits that date.
The 30-day expiry will not be applied where the Client was genuinely unable to book because of Fire Flash's own system failure, lack of reasonably available booking capacity, or another issue caused by us. In that situation, we will provide a reasonable extension or another appropriate remedy.
Booking times may be displayed in Dubai time / Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) or another timezone shown in the booking interface. You are responsible for checking the timezone before confirming a session.
Consultation delivery and ebooks
Consultations are delivered remotely using the communication or meeting method shown in the booking confirmation, unless we agree otherwise. The Client should join on time and ensure that the necessary device, internet connection, microphone and other access requirements are available.
Ebooks and other digital materials included with the service are provided after the relevant consultation call. They may be delivered by email, client account, secure link or another reasonable electronic method.
Where Fire Flash needs to reschedule a confirmed session for operational reasons, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and offer an alternative time. If we are unable to provide a purchased service within a reasonable time, your statutory rights and any applicable refund rights remain unaffected.
Any Client-requested rescheduling or no-show treatment that applies to a specific booking will be shown clearly in the booking flow or booking confirmation. Those booking-specific rules must be read together with these Terms.
Cancellation and refund policy
Our standard cancellation/refund window is 14 calendar days from payment. If applicable consumer law gives you a longer period or calculates the statutory period differently, the statutory right prevails.
Before the consultation or digital delivery begins
If you cancel within the applicable 14-day period before we have started providing the consultation and before any included digital content has been supplied, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for that order.
If you ask us to start within the 14-day period
If you are a consumer and request that a consultation begins before the cancellation period expires, we may ask you to expressly request early performance. If you then cancel after the service has begun but before it is fully performed, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service already supplied where the law permits.
If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period after you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the effect on your cancellation right, the statutory right to cancel that fully performed service may end.
Digital ebooks and downloads
If an ebook or other digital content is to be supplied within the 14-day cancellation period, we will obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required by law before the digital supply begins. Where the legal requirements are met, the right to cancel that digital content may be lost once supply begins. If those requirements are not met, your statutory cancellation rights are not reduced by these Terms.
After 14 days
After the applicable 14-day cancellation period, we do not normally provide a refund simply because the Client changes their mind or does not use the service. The Client still has until the end of the 30-day booking period to book. If no booking is made within 30 days, the order is treated as completed under clause 4.
Nothing in these Terms removes any right to a refund, repeat performance, price reduction or other remedy where services or digital content are faulty, not supplied with reasonable care and skill, not as described, or where another mandatory legal right applies.
How refunds are processed
To request a cancellation or refund, email admin@fireflash.co with the order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Where a refund is due, we will process it without undue delay and, for a statutory consumer cancellation, within the period required by law. We normally refund using the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Currency-conversion differences or fees imposed by a Client's bank/card issuer are outside our control.
Client responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate order and contact information, keep account access secure, attend or manage bookings responsibly, and cooperate reasonably so that we can deliver the service.
You must not use the website, client area, consultancy or materials to:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights or facilitate fraud, abuse or harmful activity;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, payment infrastructure or confidential information;
- copy, scrape, resell, publish or commercially redistribute our ebooks, templates or proprietary training materials except where we expressly permit it;
- submit personal, confidential or proprietary information that you do not have the right or authority to disclose.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users or legal/compliance interests. We will act proportionately and will not use this clause to remove mandatory consumer rights.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business, technical or commercial information from the other in connection with a consultation. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect that information and will use it only for the purpose of the engagement, except where disclosure is authorised, already lawfully public/known, independently developed, or required by law.
This clause is a general confidentiality obligation and does not replace a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA). If the engagement requires stronger or project-specific confidentiality terms, the parties may sign a separate NDA, which will take priority for the matters it covers.
Intellectual property and licence to use materials
Each party keeps ownership of intellectual property it owned or developed independently before the engagement. You keep ownership of your own business information, documents and materials.
Fire Flash retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, know-how, frameworks, templates, course materials, ebooks, branding and reusable consultancy materials. When we supply an ebook, template, guide or similar material to you as part of a paid consultation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, publish, upload to a shared commercial library, or create a competing commercial training product from Fire Flash materials.
Where we create a bespoke written deliverable specifically for you, you may use that deliverable internally for the purpose for which it was commissioned. Fire Flash may continue to use its underlying know-how, skills, general concepts and non-confidential techniques.
AI consultancy disclaimer
Our service is advisory and educational. It is intended to help you evaluate AI opportunities, workflows, systems and implementation choices, but it does not guarantee a particular commercial, operational or financial outcome.
AI technologies can produce incomplete, inaccurate or changing results. You are responsible for independently reviewing recommendations and outputs before relying on them in production, making material business decisions, processing regulated or sensitive information, or deploying an AI system.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, our consultancy is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, cybersecurity-certification, regulatory or other regulated professional advice. Where those areas matter, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Third-party platforms, models and tools may change availability, features, pricing and terms independently of Fire Flash. We are not responsible for a third party changing or withdrawing its service.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, nor for business losses where you purchased the service wholly as a consumer for private use.
If you are purchasing for business purposes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Flash is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or opportunity. Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the total amount paid to Fire Flash for that order.
Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including major internet or cloud outages, payment-network failures, natural disasters, serious illness, governmental action, war, civil disturbance or similar events. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and, where appropriate, reschedule affected services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future orders to reflect changes to the service, law or operating model. The version in force when an order is placed normally governs that order unless a change is required by law or is agreed with you. We will not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights.
Governing law, complaints and contact
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply in the country where you habitually live. Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in other courts where mandatory law permits. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it promptly.
